Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Zaleeka (“Zaleeka”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information through zaleeka.com, our inquiry forms, our AI assistant and the Zaleeka service. Zaleeka is built on Instant Inquiries technology and platform.
Contact: [email to be confirmed] · [address to be confirmed]
Two kinds of people we deal with
Business customers and prospects: owners and staff of businesses who visit our site, book a demo, start a pilot or subscribe. We decide how their information is used, and this policy applies in full.
Our customers’ customers: people who talk to a Zaleeka assistant on a business’s website, QR code, social link or ad. We process that information on behalf of the business (as a “service provider” or “processor”). The business’s own privacy policy governs how it uses the inquiry, and requests about it should go to that business first. We will help them respond.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, business name, email, phone number, trade and your message.
- Account and billing information when you subscribe. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Conversation data when you use a Zaleeka assistant: what you type or say, audio recordings of voice conversations, transcripts, and the summary generated from them.
- Source information: the page, QR code, link, ad or location a conversation or inquiry started from.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location derived from IP.
- SMS consent records: when you agreed, the wording you agreed to, and the page and IP address used.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, run demos and set up pilots and subscriptions.
- To provide the service: answer questions, capture and deliver inquiries, send alerts, book appointments and report on sources.
- To send service messages and, where you agreed, marketing emails or texts.
- To measure and improve our website and service, prevent spam and abuse, and keep things secure.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
Our AI assistant
The Zaleeka assistant is an automated AI system, not a person. It answers using information supplied by the business you are contacting and gives general information only; it is not professional advice.
Voice conversations use your microphone only after you allow it in your browser. We process audio, transcripts and summaries to run the conversation and deliver the inquiry. Audio is kept for 30 or 90 days depending on the business’s plan, then deleted; transcripts and summaries are kept for as long as the business’s account is active unless deleted sooner.
Please do not share sensitive information, such as health details, government ID numbers or payment card numbers, in a conversation.
Conversation data may be processed by our technology platform provider and its cloud and AI model providers, including outside the United States (for example in Australia). We require these providers to protect the data and use it only to provide the service.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolls and session replays) so we can improve them. Clarity masks text you type into fields. Learn more in Microsoft’s privacy statement.
We do not sell personal information. If we add advertising pixels in the future that count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, we will update this policy and honor opt-outs, including Global Privacy Control signals.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business: hosting, our technology platform provider, cloud and AI model providers, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics and customer support tools.
- The business you contacted, when you talk to a Zaleeka assistant on its behalf.
- Professional advisers, and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the past 12 months. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we collected, used and disclosed about you; to delete it; and to correct it. You can opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
In the past 12 months we collected identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, audio information (voice conversations) and inferences about your business needs, from you, your devices and the businesses you contact, for the purposes listed above. We disclosed these categories to service providers for business purposes.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask them for proof of authority and verify your identity by matching information we hold.
