What makes a lead qualified?
Before a lead reaches you, Zaleeka has confirmed it is in your service area, captured the job in plain words, the address, when they want it done and their contact details, and recorded where they found you. Spam and out-of-area inquiries are filtered out, so what lands on your phone is ready to quote.
What is Zaleeka?
Zaleeka is a conversion tool for trades and service businesses. It lets people who see your website, social media, YouTube videos, QR codes, print ads, signs or TV spots ask a question on the spot and become an inquiry, and it records which touchpoint each inquiry came from.
Is Zaleeka an AI receptionist?
No. Zaleeka is not built to replace your phone line. It turns the places people already see you, such as your website, social pages, QR codes, print, signs and TV, into a way to ask a question and get an answer on the spot. The goal is more inquiries from the marketing you already pay for.
How does a QR code on my van create an inquiry?
Someone scans the code with their phone camera. A conversation opens where they can talk or type their question. Zaleeka answers from your information, collects their details, and sends you the inquiry tagged with that van.
What languages does Zaleeka speak?
More than 70, including Spanish. Customers can talk in their own language, and you receive the inquiry summary in the language you choose.
Where do the answers come from?
Only from the information you give us: your services, prices or price ranges, service area, hours and FAQs. It does not make things up, and you can change what it says yourself at any time.
Can it give prices?
Yes, if you want it to. It only quotes the prices or price ranges you give it, and you can change them yourself at any time.
How do I receive inquiries?
By SMS to your phone and by email, within seconds. You can also send them to your CRM, calendar, Zapier, n8n, webhooks or AI workflows.
Can customers book appointments?
Yes. Customers can pick a time for a quote or visit in the conversation, and it goes straight into your Google Calendar. You decide which jobs can be booked and when.
Do I need a new website?
No. We add Zaleeka to the website you already have, and give you QR codes and links for everything else: vans, yard signs, flyers, social media, YouTube and ads.
How do I know which marketing is working?
Every QR code and link carries its own tag, such as Truck 3 or the spring mailer. Each inquiry arrives with that tag, and weekly reports show inquiries by source and the questions customers ask most.
Does it work with my existing website forms?
Yes. Zaleeka can send every form submission to your phone by SMS or into your CRM and automations, without changing your website.
What does the pilot cost?
$499 to set up and $198 a month for 3 months, plus applicable tax. There is no lock-in and nothing renews automatically: at the end, you decide whether to continue.
Is there a contract?
The pilot has no lock-in and does not renew automatically. At the end of the pilot, you choose whether to continue on a plan.
